First developed for classroom based learning. Second, adapted to a remote-first work policy.

The Operational Problem
1
The company had a familiar training framework but no formal program to institutionalize it for standardization.
I built an Accelerated Learning course based on existing materials, past experience, and public domain materials and combined them with the company’s current Tell, Show, Do, Review framework.
Adapt what was already in my toolkit
2
Started with “The 7 Steps of Highly Effective OJT”
Added a step called “Prepare” to the familiar “Tell, Show, Do, Review” process name.
More about Acclerated Learning can be found at the Center for Accelerated Learning website.
In the classroom, participants demonstrated teaching a task and received immediate 1-to-1 feedback using the method taught in the course.
