What changed?

-
The prior tool in the HRIS system was a simple library requiring each library item to be assigned to each learner one by one. The requirements and assignments would need to be tracked by spreadsheets.
After the implementation, assignments were automatic based on data such as role, division, supervisor, and hire date.
-
Attendance to live events and learning paths was tracked using the the attendance data from teams calls or facilitator notes.
Live-event attendance is recorded in the LMS, allowing for learning paths and prerequisites to be automatically assigned.
-
Completion reporting was difficult and time consuming, based on multiple excel spreadsheets.
Reporting now allows us to check completion and provide compliance reports to our clients.
