Tim Slade’s four-story guidance informed the story prompts. I paired them with the STAR story framework, prework, and live interview practices.
Keep individual feedback in the design

The capstone for the learning module is a live practice interview. The learning schedules a meeting with me 1-on-1 to practice interviewing. Prepared stories become spoken responses with feedback tailored to each learner.
