Equipping Employees to To Train Others
I formalized an existing on-the-job training framework, trained more than 125 trainers, and adapted the program for a remote-first workplace with recorded teaching demonstrations and individual feedback.

Choosing a Learning Platform
I evaluated four integrated platforms and managed the rollout of an LMS that supports automatic assignments, live attendance, prerequisites, and skills as the workforce grew from fewer than 200 employees to nearly 600.

Making Safety Worth Listening To
I partnered with a safety expert to create a weekly safety podcast, then adapted production with AI. Production time decreased from about four hours to 90 minutes per episode, with scheduled delivery and completion tracking through the LMS.

An individual coaching request became an eLearning experience that combines story preparation, the STAR framework, and live practice interviews. The original employee I coached earned the promotion he was pursuing.
