Start with the Operational Problem

1

Supervisor-led bulletins and faxed sign-in sheets made delivery inconsistent and participation difficult to trace.

Build on the expert’s talents and strengths

2

A safety manager recorded 3-5 minute bulletins. I created the branded visuals and produced each episode; without AI.

Evolve the Process with AI

3

When the original Safety Manager left, he took his talent with him, but the business need stayed. I adapted the production to reduce dependence on the recording talent.

Script

Safety Manager writes the script using AI LLM tool.

I direct topic specific images using the company brand.

Visuals

Non-proprietary example of an updated safety talk.

I use AI narration, music, and transitions to produce the episode.
