Since the modules can be deployed so easily the audience was expanded from just field staff to the entire workforce.
I upload the episodes in batches and schedule releases for the upcoming month. The LMS records completion after the podcast is completed.
What changed?

The original production time of the module without using AI took about 4 hours per episode.
At the time of this writing it takes about 30-45 minutes.

The original safety talks were done during field team huddles on Monday and Friday out in the field.
Since the production was change to a podcast and is easily deployable and trackable, safety talks are now distributed to the entire workforce.

Safety talks used to be dependent on the field supervisor having received the content, being available to deliver them, and remembering to do so.
Now the safety talks are distributed every Monday according to an automatic assignment schedule.

Safety talks were tracked by the field staff signing a paper and the supervisor faxing the sign in sheet to the front desk.
Now the LMS records course completion when the learner completes listening to the entire episode.
